His last assignment was with Indiabulls Housing Finance as Zonal Head with a complete responsibility of retail and project finance of western India. He possess good amount of experience on big scale residential, commercial & institutional projects funding at various cities in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Has shown ability to source & acquire project specific new knowledge wherever required. He has demonstrated leadership, resourcefulness and creativity in the efficient and cost effective development and delivery of multiple projects. He is well versed with handling allied aspects of profession like agency selection, site inspection & supervision, Liaoning with local authorities.
Prior to Indiabulls, he was with ICIC Bank and led the underwriting team of Vidharbha, Chattishgarh and Madhya Pradesh. Instrumental in promoting high values cases under mortgage portfolio.
Started his career with PNB Housing Finance in the year 1996, Opened new branch at Mumbai. Instrumental in making product and policies for mortgage business and its executions. Implemented model for construction finance and its, repayment methodology.
