Orgone NX OPS mobile application (“Application” or “App”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information handled through

before being uploaded to the Orgone server.

- Synchronize information with the Orgone web application and backend systems

Information handled through the Application is used primarily for operational purposes
within the Orgone platform.
3. Temporary Storage on the Device
The Application may temporarily store certain information, including photographs and
operational data, on the user’s mobile device while an operational activity is being
completed.
This temporary storage is required to support the Application’s workflow and allow
information to be uploaded to our servers.
Once the relevant information has been successfully uploaded to the server, the
corresponding locally stored data is deleted from the Application/device as part of
the Application’s normal synchronization process.
The duration of temporary storage may depend on the operational workflow, network
connectivity, and successful completion of the upload.
4. Data Storage and Processing
Information submitted through the Application is transmitted to and processed through
the Orgone web application and associated backend systems operated or managed by
Vkart Info Solutions Private Limited and its authorized service providers.
The information is handled for operational purposes, including case processing,
field operations, reporting, and related business activities.
The Application itself is primarily a mobile interface used by authorized users to
perform operational activities and submit information to the Orgone platform.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information collected through the Application.
Information may be accessible to authorized personnel within the organization and
authorized service providers where necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or support
the Orgone platform.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process,
or governmental authority.
Access to operational information is intended to be limited to individuals or service

workflow is deleted after successful upload to the server, subject to the normal

The Orgone NX OPS Application does not provide a facility for users to independently
create accounts or register for an account.
User accounts and access credentials are created, assigned, and managed by the
organization or authorized administrators.
If a user’s employment, assignment, or authorization changes, the organization or
authorized administrator may modify, suspend, or deactivate the user’s access to
the Application.
If you believe that your account or access information needs to be modified, disabled,
or removed, please contact your organization’s authorized administrator.
10. Permissions Used by the Application
Location
The Application uses device location information to support operational and
location-based functionality.
Location access is limited to periods when the Application is actively in use.
The Application does not access or collect location information in the background.
Camera
The Application uses the device camera to allow authorized users to capture

inspections, and related case processing.
